On March 20th, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf ordered all non-life-sustaining businesses to close their physical locations due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
‘Automotive repair and maintenance’ is a category that, to this point, has not been mandated to close.
Here is what you need to know:
– BBack Car Care will remain open during its normal business hours.
– If your circumstances prevent you from getting your car to us, please call and let us know.
– Loaners are still being offered if necessary and are being kept as clean as possible.
– Until further notice, we are no longer accepting ‘wait’ appointments (if you happen to have one already scheduled, you’re fine.)
– The team is doing everything possible to keep common areas as clean as possible.
– If your PA safety and emissions inspection expires in the month of March, the expiration date has been extended to April 30, 2020.
We encourage everyone to follow us on Facebook, which will be your best source for updates on our status. You may also call our service desk with any questions you have.
We wish each of you good health. Stay safe and wash your hands!
